2025 Balhannah Wines Pinot Noir

The 2025 Pinot Noir is a refined and expressive blend of two esteemed Dijon clones, 114 and 115. Sourced from the cool-climate slopes of the Adelaide Hills, this vintage captures the elegance of the region while showcasing the distinct personality of each clone. The result is a Pinot Noir of both power and poise.

The Aromatics
The nose is lifted and perfumed, offering bright red cherry and wild strawberry—the hallmark of Clone 115—beautifully layered with darker notes of blackberry, clove, and a touch of baking spice from Clone 114. Subtle hints of rose petal and forest floor add further complexity.

The Palate
Medium-bodied and silky, the palate opens with juicy red fruits before revealing a deeper core of plum and black cherry. Clone 114 provides structure and richness, while Clone 115 contributes natural acidity and finesse, carrying the wine to a long, finely balanced finish. Fine-grained tannins and a hint of savoury oak complete the picture.
